<title>[mems-talk] Alternative route for amine deposition on glass</title>
    <link>http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.science.microelectromechanical-systems/18894</link>
<description>&lt;pre&gt;I am trying to functionalize glass surface with amine groups to immobilize
proteins. I also need to incubate this surface with a strong acid
(Trifluoroacetic acid) for upto 20 minutes.
I have tried types and deposition of amino-silanes like aminopropylethoxy
silanes, dipodal silanes etc, but fear the layer is not stable to the acid.
Does anyone know about alternative methods/chemicals for amine
functionalization?
Any thoughts or comments is greatly appreciated

Thanks

    <description>&lt;pre&gt;Hi,

I am searching to make 2 - 5 microns diameter holes in SU8 within a 20 -
40 microns thickness range, of course with a chrome mask.
Anyone would have a good recipee (exposure seems very important,
cycles?, filters?..)?

Regards,

Antoine
