Everything looked okay except maybe the "/opennms/bin/install" step which didn't appear to find "libicmp" even though it was present in the /usr/lib directory. I had upgraded to the latest jdk (7u_32) but I thought that might be the problem and backed that out and allowed the library to come from opennms.
