A Public Grievance concerning this had been lodged by him on the PGPORTAL
which is registered at *MINHA/E/2012/00809 *and is pending with you since

It has been reported that MHA is demanding a substantial bribe from the

careful notice that the time to dispose of registered public grievances is
2 months, whereas Mr. Pandey's grievance is pending for over 10 months,
lending credence to his contention that the Union Home Secretary is
demanding a bribe to process his complaint and resolve his grievance filed
as a patriotic Hindustani in the national interest.

In the circumstances, it would be fit if you kindly resolved Mr. Pandey's

incorrect.

It is clear from the article's accompanying photograph that the electricity

As a leader of Bar and our team of law officers, I had expected guidance
from you sir, in discharge of my professional duties, not withstanding the
fact that we deal matters entrusted to us independently. Having reflected
upon what is being debated in public domain for a past couple of days and

The trigger point of this letter is the remark made by you to me, on Friday
26th April, 2013 inside the gentleman's cloak room of the second floor,
when you asked me "Harin, why are you angry with me" and I politely replied
to you. You further remarked that "You did</pre>

Dear friends

We are not planning to have the Govindpuri public meeting on 6th due to developments related to Sajjan Kumar's trial. LRS has been involved in fighting for punishing the guilty of 1984 for several years. I am sending you an invite from the Secretary of LRS below. Kindly do attend.

Nirpreet Kaur, one of the steadfast fighters for punishing the guilty of 1984, is on an indefinite hunger strike at the Jantar Mantar since Friday May 3 morning. She has resorted to this fast, following the scandalous acquittal of Congress leader Sajjan Kumar by the courts in a case. All women and men of conscience are extremely angered at this denial of justice and Delhi has witnessed mass protests by people, political parties, as well as political and social organisations.

Lok Raj Sangathan is organising a solidarity action in Jantar Mantar on Monday May 6, 2013 along with Nirpreet Kaur, expressing our resolve to carry the struggle forward u</pre>

<pre>Friends

Yesterday IAC conducted a "poll".
Immediately there was a flurry of abuse saying that the results were
impossible.

For decades the Congress and BJP have been rigging the elections using
their "black box" EVM voting machines. Then somebody "stole" one of these
machines and what was an open secret ("insecure EVMs") got confirmed.

Previous CECs like Lygdoh and Krishnamurthy were said to be part of this
racket and had apparently even opened a Joint Venture to conduct this
rigging business after their retirement. Other CECs and ECs were part of
the Sai Baba fixing network which controlled BOTH the Congress and the BJP.

Now due to complaints of citizens the ECI has come up with a new device to
buy time. *The so-called "paper trail" EVMs. This is also a fraud. Don't
believe it.*

Let me tell you where the scam lies and why there is 1 and only 1 fix for
it.

INTERESTING!

You would love Mr. Joseph Leyland's treatise - nearest biography?? - 'coz
you agree with his views. Good for you. Why can't there be an opposing
view? Someone who disagrees with you need not be ignorant, should (s)he?

All what you have said may well be true. But the fact remains he sacrificed
a reasonably good, well-off life to struggle for Indian freedom. This to
the extent that his family lost out good but none ever gained a morsel out
of it all. Went down the tube, instead. Do you want to deny that as well?
BANIA?! - he sure was a bad one! How many amongst today's frustrated and
"well-off" gentry would be willing to do a 10th of what he did, for nearly
a similar cause: Free us from this bondage?

We have few icons in our country. We have plenty more iconoclasts! What
they forget is that the icons they are target are after all human. With
human emotions, frailties and fallible. Who is at fault to make such a
demi-god? The iconoclasts, I dare say. Their life's mission is t</pre>

Please find appended below an email from
Dr. KS Pradeep Kumar Head RSSD of BARC
received today in reply to your email to him.

He clearly states that he has nothing to do
with the matter or the concerned file.

It is therefore unclear to me how you could
have asked Dr.Sandeep Gupta to visit Mumbai
without even confirming that the file(s) exist(s).

Although Dr Sandeep Gupta shall correspond
on his own on this email, it is clear to the public
of India that you did not comply with CIC's order
to satisfy yourself about the extent of the record.

Such emails reinforce IAC's belief that DAE is
trying to lure Dr. Sandeep Gupta to Mumbai.

I request you to kindly locate the files without
further delay as the onus to provide the information
is on you.

yours faithfully

Ambrish Pandey is a focused RTI exponent. This time he has exposed how the
Congress MP Vikrambhai Madaam from Jamnagar was favoured by the Secretary
Ministry of I&amp;B just before the Gujarat assembly elections with the release
of a Rs.100 crore PR package.

On 02.May.2012 Vikrambhai Madaam Congress MP writes off to Secy (I&amp;B)
saying that Gujarat is going for assembly elections soon so the
achievements of Central Govt (code for Congress Party) must be urgently
publicised in his Jamnagar Parliamentary constituency. A copy of the letter
is also marked to Guj.State Cong.Committee.

The letter is officially received on 15.05.2012 (diarised on 16.05.2012)
and everyone in the Ministry is waiting for it.On 15.05.2012 (ie. 1 day
prior) the Director Genl. of DAVP had sent off an ACTION PLAN which details
how this 100 crores will be spent in the</pre>

<pre>India sings peace to an occupier
The same old scenario has unfolded again: China quietly occupies a
strategic area and a diffident India is left preaching the virtues of
diplomacy and peace. When China set out to eliminate the historical buffer
with India by invading Tibet, New Delhi opposed Lhasa’s desperate plea for
a discussion at the United Nations. And when China stealthily took control
of the Switzerland-size Aksai Chin plateau and began building the
Tibet-Xinjiang highway through it, India’s first response was to send a
démarche asking Beijing naively as to how it despatched workers to Indian
territory without seeking visas for them.

Whereas the People’s Republic of China was born in and built on blood,
modern India was founded on a continuing myth—that it won independence
through non-violence, not because Britain was in no position after the
devastation wrought by World War II to hold on to its colonies. It was not
until 1962 that India woke up reluctantly to Leon Trotsky’s warning: “*Y</pre>

Sir

Sub: Intimation of Extension of date for comments

I have come to know that the date for submitting comments on the subject
papers have been extended till 03.05.2013.

The least that was expected was that all those person who had responded
would be informed by TRAI about its extension as well as the reason for the
same.

Had we been immediately informed about the extension we would have been
able to contact more of our affected members in the distant areas .

We also look forward to receiving your clarification on why no HINDI
version of the paper is available and when it will be available.

We hope that TRAI intervenes immediately, Cable Operators have doubled
their tariffs after DAS wef 01.April.2013 and the citizens expect firm and
swift action from the Regulator to protect their interests and bring back
the old rates.

your faithfully

[IAC#RG] URGENT: Atomic Energy Dept's attempts to assault IAC Gen.Sec

<pre>Dear Members

A serious situation has arisen, I request all anti-corruption fighters and
media to read this email carefully to see if they can help us out.

The Dept of Atomic Energy, a completely incompetent organisation floating
on oceans of unaccounted public funds, has persisted with its attempts to
dissuade RTI activists attempting to enquire how public funds are spent by
them.

The latest such target is Dr. Sandeep Gupta, a Gen Sec of India Against
Corruption.

You may recall that I had updated the IAC movement that I would be
representing Dr.Sandeep Gupta in his RTI hearing against the Dept. of
Atomic Energy on 05.03.2013 before the CIC.

The entire details till then are posted here
http://indiaresists.org/forum/showthread.php?tid=3

IAC has been running an in-depth enquiry in DAE's purchase procedures, of
which Dr. Sandeep Gupta's RTI is a component.

The salient features are these:-

Through "http://dps.etenders.dae.gov.in/common/home.asp" the DAE conducts
massive procurement using a process of e-te</pre>

[copy: to Secretary DERC for information in ongoing electricity tariff and

A few of your seniors from IIT have asked on a public forum if IAC can
cooperate with AAP? My reply can be accessed here.
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/nbteamindia/message/76

A message just flashed by on my PC saying that you have called off your 15
day electricity protest. I am not surprised.

http://indiatoday.intoday.in/story/kejriwals-party-cancels-protest-after-phone-call-from-sheila-dikshit/1/268146.html

As your well wisher, and as a resident of Delhi who is directly affected by
electricity tariffs - unlike you who stay in Uttar Pradesh, I say please
don't make the same old mistake of blindly trusting the Congress whenever
you are on the ropes and need a face saving exit for your masochistic
exhibitionism.

The news report says you are calling off your protest only on the basis of
a telephone call Shiela (!) had with one of your aides. *What is wrong with
you? *Are you fit to be President of a p</pre>
