Effective immediately the DMM WG mailing list has been moved from the
mext< at >ietf.org list to the dmm< at >ietf.org. This changed had been
requested by a number of folks and the chairs believed it would be
more consistent to implement it.

We have also mass-subscribed all the mext< at >ietf.org subscribers to
dmm< at >ietf.org to make the change as seamless as possible. Please take
some time to verify that your subscription to dmm< at >ietf.org is
effective.

From now on, please post messages to dmm< at >ietf.org. The old

remain available online.

Thank you.

Hello all,

I would like to announce a new version of the Internet Draft "Router
Advertisements for Routing between Moving Networks"
(draft-petrescu-autoconf-ra-based-routing-02) at:
http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-petrescu-autoconf-ra-based-routing-02

ChangeLog from earlier version includes:
1- Unique IPv6 Local Addresses (ULA) as a possible exchanged MNP
2- Addition of a random delay preceding RA exchange to avoid RA storms

Thank you for considering it. Your comments are very welcome.

We are aware that MEXT has been rechartered and the new DMM Charter
does not include vehicular communications.

Yours sincerely,

(You can't just use Diameter, you'd have to define a specific way of doing it.)

Add to the end:

This and other alternative security models have been considered by the MEXT working group at the IETF, and it has been decided that the alternative solutions should be published as Experimental RFCs, so that more implementation and deployment experience with these models can be gathered. The working group may reconsider the status of the different models in the future, if it becomes clear that one is superior to the others.

I would just say "... complexity increases."

I don't think this is quite right. I'd reword to:
