You can prepare this early on the day you plan to serve it. Refrigerate the sauce and meat separately, then bring them back to room temperature before reheating. Warm the sauce first and add the meat just long enough to heat through.

Work Time: 40 Minutes / Total Time: 1 Hour / Servings: 4

 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cans (14.5 oz each) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, drained
12 oz shiitake, oyster, or other mushrooms, or a combination, stemmed and sliced 1/4" thick
2 canned chipotle chile peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
 1 tsp salt
 1/3 c chopped cilantro

    <title>Famous Recipes - German Chocolate Bars</title>
    <link>http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.culture.cooking.famous-recipes/14594</link>
    <description>&lt;pre&gt;German Chocolate Bars

My mom gave me this recipe at Christmas when I wanted to make something different and yummy for gifts. The chewy bars can be cut into larger pieces, but they're very rich.

Prep: 15 min. Bake: 35 min. + chilling
Yield: 36 Servings

1 package German chocolate cake mix (regular size)
2/3 cup cold butter, cubed
1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
1 can (15 ounces) coconut-pecan frosting
1/4 cup milk

Place cake mix in a large bowl; cut in butter until crumbly. Press 2-1/2 cups into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes; immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips. Drop frosting by tablespoonfuls over the chips.

Stir milk into the remaining crumb mixture; drop by teaspoonfuls over top. Bake 25-30 minutes longer or until bubbly around the edges and top is cracked. Cool on a wire rack. Refrigerate for 4 hours before cutting.
