Sourceforge now lists Luxor as being under the LGPL.
Is this the case? The Luxor official page is therefore out of date.

Anyone got any information on this?

    <description>Hello,

  Sun has posted all slide decks for this year's
JavaOne developer conference online.

  For those interested in creating Swing Java Desktop
apps using markup languages allow me to highlight the
talk by Sun's Java Desktop Engineering Head Hans
Muller titled "Defining Swing GUIS Declaratively: A
Survey".

  To avoid downloading the complete slide pack (e.g.
90 megs) you can get Hans Muller's slide deck online &lt; at &gt;
 http://www.swixml.org/TS-7122.pdf

    On Luxor Hans Muller comments:

 o Schema is similar to Mozilla XUL (subset)
    o Java, Python, or Groovy for behavior
 o Since 2001, most recent update February 2005
 o Development continues
 o Extreme Web presence
 o Counter app showcase definitely worth a visit

It seems to me that the shell script of the calculator example of Denis

But after doing *dos2unix run.sh* it works.

Maybe this can be updated within the distr.
Just let me know if I shall send a working shell script version.

    <link>http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.comp.java.luxor-xul.user/727</link>
    <description>Hello, i want to use luxor for a big application, and i have a lot of
difficulties ... so please help me (and sorry for my poor english) !!!

- I have a xul description for a tool bar with many instantiations
toolBar1 = createToolBar("myToolBar");
toolBar2 = createToolBar("myToolBar");
, and I want to have a different handling for the two instances, so I can't
use the XulAction because i only get the toolBarButton id and i can't know
from wich tool bar.
When I want explore the child of toolBar, each toolBarButton have a null name
so i can't put a listener direct on the button .

I have a solution, but with a luxor modification in the createButton methode
of ToolBarButtonDef.java I had the following code :

   button.setName( getId() );

After, I can explore the childs of my ToolBar, and get the button with the ID.
Is it the good solution ??? So there is a bug in Luxor ??? I have read some
mails with the same problem on other tag ...

I really want to know the good solution, so give me some adv</description>
