Am trying to sync to a Blackberry 8900 Set up is done, but get the following error when I try to sync usb_open(0x9a4f860) libusb couldn't open USB device /dev/bus/usb/001/017: Permission denied. libusb requires write access to USB device nodes. libusb-compat error: usb_open: could not open device, error -3 Member 1 of type barry-sync had an error while connecting: (Permission denied): open failed All clients have disconnected The sync failed: Unable to connect one of the members Don't understand why there should be an error for libusb in opening the node. Would appreciate any guidance anyone can give.
