Has anybody here tried (with success) to run a dnetc on Radeon 6670? I
know, there are so many ATI/AMD cards faster than 6670 :)

I found only that Moo Wrapper (so classic dnetc also) does not run on
HD6670 and HD6570.

<description>&lt;pre&gt;Is there any way to tell which AMD Opterons have the lzcnt feature?

Backstory:

I have a couple of 4 socket Tyan s4985g3nr motherboards that currently
have Opteron 8216's in them. I can only upgrade to these models of the
Opteron:

8346HE, 8347, 8347HE, 8350, 8350HE 8354, 8356, 8358SE, 8360SE
(www.tyan.com/support_download_cpu2.aspx?socketid=16)

Where can I find out if any of these models support lzcnt?

According to Wikipedia, the Barcelona architecture has lzcnt. According
to Tyan, those models listed above are Barcelona's.

I just can't seem to find anything that says "These CPU models support
lzcnt:"

Thanks in advance!

    <title>Best client for Radeon 7570?</title>
    <link>http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.comp.distributed-net.rc5/2992</link>
<description>&lt;pre&gt;I've seen some of the recent messages about problems with the Radeon 7xxx
series, but hadn't really absorbed it at the time. Now I'm getting a new
Win 7 Dell i7cpu machine with an AMD Radeon 7570 video card, and was
wondering which RC5 client would be the best choice for me? I take it
there's a new client currently in development?

Thanks,

Rick
