During start up of the office the extension manager will perform some
housekeeping tasks when there have been changes to the installed
extensions. This might use some time and therefor a more verbose
progress text (like copying extension <name>) will be displayed right
below the progress bar.

From m60 onwards an additional document language option of "default"
is available which is resolved at runtime from the session's locale
settings to the best fit document language for the current session. 

This extends the older behaviour of detecting the best fit document
language only at first-start and disregarding the locale settings at
subsequent starts.

The new setting of "default" is the new default setting. Manual
selection of a new default document language remains unchanged and
overrides the auto-detect feature.

Adds a non-breaking space before the some characters in french text to
respect french typographic rules. The characters that must be preceded
by a non-breaking space are the following: ':', ';', '?' and '!'.

This feature is added as another AutoCorrection option for Writer,

The icon used for shared extensions looks like a lock, this might
confuse the
user because shared extensions are locked only when the user hasn't
sufficient
access rights for changing shared extensions. The new icon will more
