I'd propose to drop the media from the store completely, it never was a good
selling item. We had to ship physical media to CafePress for them to use, no
upload options available, and the last time this was done we barely made
enough profit off of media to cover the cost of shipping.

Other shirts and schwag have been added with the Gentoo logo.

Propose design contest to generate new ideas for new items. Need to discuss

(president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer). They allow us to
have a chairman, vice chairman, and other vice presidents as needed.
(Bylaws, Article VI). All officers are selected by the Board.

Two of these officers have very specific duties: The chairman presides
at board meetings, and the vice chairman presides if the chairman is
absent. If we do not have these two officers appointed, then their
roles fall to the president and the vice president.

However, the primary duties of the president and vice president are more
traditional: President is the Foundation's CEO and vice president acts
in the president's absence. And as we have seen in our efforts to set
up a bank account, some banks are interested in personal information
about these two officers. In at least one case, we were slowed down
because Roy happens to live in Scotland and he is the president.

Hi Gentoo!

I'm wondering if it is possible for the Gentoo community to set up an
European alternative to CafePress, since their shipment fees to europe is
simply ridiculous.

I looked around and found one (http://www.creativecraving.co.uk/), but
perhaps there are even more of them? I hope it is an alternative, as long
as it does not create any cost overhead for the Gentoo
foundation/community.

I just think it's too bad that my Gentoo mug cost twice the amount in
Sweden than it would in USA =)

<description>Nope, it was not a response to you. But I see that things are being
done the wrong way, probably because of inexperience. If people are so
commonly violating our CoC, then maybe it is our CoC what needs to be
fixed and not our developers. In any case, I just want to say that I
am very confused about all the situation and in the same time sad to
see that indeed people that try to get things done are meeting a wall
in front of them.

In this situation, looking at it in a cold way, I think that Chrissy
has abused a little her position. I do not say it is her fault, these
things happen. I want to ask for a little more of moderation and
diplomacy when dealing with these situations and not with
zero-tolerance.

I'm the only one at the moment. Three of the original 13 trustees were

US citizen to perform, like treasurer, which requires dealing with
cheques.

The two bodies were created at different times - I was not a developer
