serna-free is already screwed due to sip4 (maintainer is aware and said to go 
ahead anyway).  Upstream took it closed source, so it's in a wait and see mode 
to see if there will be a free fork developed.  I think we should not worry 
about it.

The rest, I went ahead and rebuilt locally and they all succeeded.

If you're looking at the output of grep-excuses, that needs fixing _in
unstable_. If we remove the package from testing, you'll still have a
package in unstable that can't migrate.

Any news on this? I know you're really busy handling all the
post-release transitions and the fallouts of the uncoordinated ones,
but Xfce is pretty much self-contained and it should be able to stay a
bit in unstable without preventing anything else to migrate, afaict.

python-qt4 - Uploaded, still waiting on a few builds
python-qscintilla2 (qscintilla2) - binNMU after python-qt4 or start an
                additional transition (#708694) - will binNMU if I don't hear
                from the RT
serna - FTBFS  - Filed #708810, maintainer is aware of problem
veusz-helpers (veusz) - binNMU in progress

pyqwt5 is the only surprise.  I'll work on that.

failures are found when building things using gcc 4.8.
