bridge detection in graph-tool

Hi,

I'm not able to find a bridge detection algorithm implemented in
graph-tool. In case that I missed anything, could anybody confirm with
me whether there is an implementation available?

The new package works well on ubuntu oneiric, I tested it yesterday. No
problem on debian squeeze too (besides the gtk problem you're already
fixing).

The drawing algorithm is really fast, good work.

This is a bug in the python bindings for Gtk, which fail to load if
there is no DISPLAY environment variable. I have already included a
workaround in graph-tool, and I'm preparing the new packages for ubuntu,
which will be uploaded soon.

I tried to install the graph-tool .deb package in debian squeeze from
the following repository

deb http://downloads.skewed.de/apt/squeeze squeeze main

but I cannot solve a libcairomm.10 dependency:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 graph-tool : Depends: libcairomm-1.0 but it is not installable

However, I do have  installed the appropriate debian packages which
should satisfy the dependency:

The message above is not an error, it is just a warning, so you can
safely ignore it. It is caused by the python bindings to GTK, not
graph-tool anyway...

I'm trying to take the first steps on using graph-tool. For this purpose,
I'm following the instructions in the "Quick start using graph-tool".
However, I could not advance to next steps due to the following error:

The GCC from macports is different from the native GCC (I remember
something like --arch is not available from the one in macports). It
is just a hassle to use macports GCC.

Which MacOS version do you have?

In any case, apple's GCC 4.4 is available in macports.

It should be possible to make binaries with macports:

I'll investigate this possibility for future releases.

As for gcc 4.4, I don't see what is the big deal, since it corresponds
to the default apple compiler, AFAIK.

For Mac, is it possible to make a dmg for installation? (I don't have
any experience on making a dmg package). But this could help potential
users who want avoid compiling the package themselves (the requirement
on gcc 4.4 can be a deal breaker).
