Missing php5apache2_2.dll in PHP 5.5 QA releases

Hi,
I'm just wondering why is php5apache2_2.dll not included in PHP 5.5 QA releases. The latest PHP 5.5 release with php5apache2_2.dll was alpha 6 built with VC9. All later releases are built only using VC11 and no longer include php5apache2_2.dll.

Hello,

I am writing to you because I am doing an academic project related to
testing php applications. I have read all your guide to write test cases
(which is clear and understandable), there is one thing that bothers me
though - how exactly do I run tests? Should I just run the run-tests.php
file (for example in a browser)? And is there some official run-tests.php
file on the internet? Because I have found some, but I do not know if the
source is reliable (I have not found this file on qa.php.net, although
that's the site I would search on the first place).

HTTP tests originally use its own internally implemented web server.

This patch has them use the CLI web server instead.

Note: 3 or 4 of the 5 tests still have mismatched output (fail).
