Hey,

I would like to use the DAVMail Gateway http://davmail.sourceforge.net
<http://davmail.sourceforge.net/>to sync my Thunderbird-Installation
(Ubuntu) with Horde. <http://davmail.sourceforge.net/>

With DavMail it is possible to sync mail, calender, contacts and so on
without the still missing cal/cardav-feature.

The configuration of DavMail asks for an OWA-Url like
https://mail.company.com/owa or https://mail.company.com/exchange (see
http://davmail.sourceforge.net/gettingstarted.html for more details).
Without this URL DavMail cannot be used. I searched a couple of time via
Google and in the Horde-Lists to find the OWA-URL of Horde, but I wasn't
successful.

So I would like to ask the community about the URL. Or is it not
possible to use DavMail because of some restrictions inside Horde?

Thank you for your help!

Michael

Hi All,

I have installed Text_Diff bu following the steps share on portal and it
got installed as well.

I have included my pear path in include_path in php.ini

Following is my code

include_once "Text/Diff.php";
include_once "Text/Diff/Renderer.php";

$from_text=file("test.html");
$to_text=file('test_edited.html');

$diff = new Horde_Text_Diff($from_text, $to_text);
$renderer = new Horde_Text_Diff_Renderer();
echo $renderer->render($diff);

As of now I am getting include error , I noticed if I add the abs URL i.e

set_include_path(get_include_path() . PATH_SEPARATOR .
'C:\wamp\bin\php\php5.3.13\pear\Horde');

then include error goes away but I get stuck with

Fatal error: Class 'Horde_String' not found in
C:\wamp\bin\php\php5.3.13\pear\Horde\Text\Diff.php on line *41*

I have "String.php" under /Horde...

Can someone help me what I am missing. Please

Please note while installing pear didn't installed the optional dependency.

Regards,
Priti

Horde WX Block WorldWeatherOnline Update

We have made a little progress, but have reached a point where our
unfamiliarity with PHP and the new Horde (we have been working with the
new code about a day now) is stopping us.

Again, we are working with Horde 5.04 (latest debian package)

What we have found...

WorldWeatherOnline is changing their API access calls as described here.

https://www.facebook.com/notes/world-weather-online/introducing-faster-more-efficient-and-even-more-reliable-services/451128854963809

The minor changes in Horde/Service/Weather/Wwo.php in the diff below
will create an http request that works just fine with their new API, but
only if you paste the resulting http string manually into a browser.

24,25c24,25
<     const API_URL =
'http://free.worldweatheronline.com/feed/weather.ashx';
<     const SEARCH_URL =
'http://www.worldweatheronline.com/feed/search.ashx';
---
142c142
<             'query' => $search,
---
295c295
<             'query' => $location,
---

For example, this string works (with a valid wwo free key)

This is mostly a "heads up" for now. I will report more later as soon
as I figure out what changes will get Wwo working.

What we are using

- Horde 5.04 (latest debian package)
- Imp, Ingo, Turba, Kronolith all work great (LDAP auth, PgSQL) We
haven't tested Mnemo and Nag yet.

- I signed up yesterday at WorldWeatherOnline and got both Free and
Premium Access API keys

- In the Horde config I selected the World Weather Online provider,
entered the Free API key for $conf[weather][params][key] and accepted
the default cache lifetime, 21600 seconds (6 hrs)

Now when I log into Horde and edit my weather block with my location
(Huntsville, AL), refresh rate (every hour), units (English), and
Forecast Days (3), I get "Error, unable to decode response." on the web
page. There is nothing in the horde logs (I have debug_level set to
E_ALL | E_STRICT)

I have access to the running source code and expanded the error report
to include the $url string that was being sent to wwo.

I found a couple of problems

Just finished upgrading to Ubuntu server 13.04 but when trying to access

Any ideas?  I re-chowned ownership to www-data but that didn't make a
difference.

Thanks

I had to turn off PHP apc to test it, but config/prefs-servername.php

Yes, as long as it matches exactly the host name that the browser is

No, they would just get the default theme.
