Vermutlich brauchts ein image für ar7 (nicht ar71xx wie du welche generiert hat). Ar7 baut der imagebuilder jedoch nicht, also musst wohl oder übel ein normales OpenWrt flashen und das erweitern durch Pakete nachinstallieren.
