13.04 DVD DIY artwork

Hi everyone,

Using the design brief given by Laura (bellow), I created a DVD Wallet 
and CD, using for the background the new ubuntu 13.04 background, and 
adding the new unity launcher icon created by Matthieu James (I join his 
svg file to this mail). I used also for the DVD the same design for the 
numbers as in the 12.04 edition.

My proposal :

We will use this design for the ubuntu DVD french edition. But feel free 
to use it to create perhaps the official community artwork for the new 
ubuntu 13.04 ISO/DVD.

    I don't know what happened to the forum admin, but Matt's
    alternative seems the best way to go. He even registered the domain!

    We didn't have any spam there yet. But if we do, we are keeping a
    closer watch so it can be stopped before it becomes a problem.

I noticed that our selected forum is still packed with spam.  I am not sure
if the admin just does not have the time, or if something else has
happened, but it does us no good to have to sift through spam messages.

I have created an alternate solution... The board uses measures to prevent
spam and I intend on adding plenty of admins and moderators (if it's
accepted).

I participated quite a bit in the above mentioned forum and I think it was
a good idea, so I would like to carry that on to the users who felt it was
worth having.
