EMWA is a typo if it stands for exponentially-weighted moving average.

I did a tx pull this morning and everything got skipped.  The resulting files
showed 7% translated for Bulgarian and 63% for Ukranian.  Transifex shows both
at 100%.

If I pull them individually, then the translations come down.  The nightly
batch job does not do this, so if you would like to see your translations
commit them to the f17 branch.
