Notice the difference?

For this reason I'm under the impression that ',' (or ', ') are
preferred but I'm not aware of this being rigorously defined though.

I'm sure you've already read http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BibTeX and 
http://amath.colorado.edu/documentation/LaTeX/reference/faq/bibtex.pdf .

Nowhere in the standard bibstyles is "keywords" used, in other words, 
its contents is usually completely ignored. Unless you refer to a 
concrete .bst file that deals with this keywords field, nobody can tell 
whether the separation should be spaces or commas. The .bst file is the 
place where to look.

BUT... there is BibLaTeX which probably will become the successor of 
bibtex. And there is indeed a keywords field. On page 25 of 
http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/macros/latex/exptl/biblatex/doc/biblatex.pdf 
it says...

   keywords field (comma-separated values)

Hope that helps.

I'd suggest that cmfbibliographyat slowly works towards supporting 
biblatex. It's not yet widely used, but since bibtex has problems here 
and there and in particular with utf-8 support, sooner or later, 
biblatex will take over.

CMFBibAT seems to export/import keywords to/from BibTeX
files with ',' as seperator between multiple keywords.
Is this the correct behavior or are keywords in BibTeX separated
using a ','? What is the "official" standard here - I am reading
finding different examples on the internet.

I am trying to setup a fresh installed plone 4 with Bibliography and Directory support. I am planning to install CMFBib first and then FacultyStuffDirectory and then fsd.cmfbib to glue the two together. I am not sure whether all these three are actively maintained and compatible with Plone 4.

Hi James,

Wonderful to read of your improvements.

I'd suggest you cut yourself a branch from trunk on the  
bibliograph.parsing subversion repository [1], and check in your  
changes including any tests needed to demonstrate their functionality.

Once you've got all tests passing, notify the list.  There are several  
bibliograph.parsing package owners and maintainers who monitor this  
list.  Someone will likely cut a release for you, and in the meantime,  
you can make use of your branch.

That's just the way Plone deals with URLs of any content.
It's set on creation and left alone thereafter.

If you want to change it later you have to explicitly
rename or provide your own event handler.
