The duplicate colors are a bug, I've checked in a fix already. Thanks for
reporting!

Having a built-in library wasn't my idea, I can't take credit for that.
The Debian people asked for an alternate library because from what I've
been told they don't consider CC2 free enough and LDraw refused to change
the license to CC3 after they asked. This was the only way to keep LeoCAD
in their main list of packages but I think it's good to keep the program
usable without any external files.

I added a new splitter between the color list and the search combo to the
Qt branch so you'll be able to change the vertical size of the color
palette in the future, if I understood what you asked correctly.

Also, can you mention to whoever maintains the LDraw colors that there's
a typo on color 150, Pearl_Very_Light_Grey in ldconfig.ldr? I think it
should be 'gray' like the other colors.

Using the minimum built-in library (good idea BTW), the color palette is
huge and contains many duplicates. Is this intended?
Speaking of colors, maybe it could be nice to be able to move the
separator between colors and parts tree, to be able to better see color
palette, at least temporarily.

Qt it's great for all this kind of things. Really, I have developed programs

The combination with cmake improve it, because qmake is great, but if you need

cmake. Also, a lot of projects are using cmake, so there's a lot of users.

The counter isn't reset after counting the number of groups (because the
code declared a second variable called "i" that shadowed the first one). If
you don't have any groups you won't get any extra cameras.

Apparently I have 27 groups in the model I'm working on, Deleting the
cameras took about 20 minutes. It's fast now though.

<description>&lt;pre&gt; LeoCAD uses the LDraw file format so you ldraw.org has all the
documentation about the file format.

If you want to use a custom library you have to point LeoCAD to the
folder or file that has your library by either entering the path in the
preferences dialog, using the -l command line option or the LEOCAD_LIB
environment variable. It can either be a directory or a zip file containing
all parts for your library.

to be inside the loop? It makes deleting lots of cameras very slow.
Shouldn't it be enough to run it once after the loop?

<description>&lt;pre&gt; Thanks for the patches! I've applied them to the trunk today.

Just a heads up, I've started evaluating Qt as a replacement for GTK and
MFC and so far I like it. I don't know if I'll drop MFC yet (haven't been
able to compile Qt under win32) but since I've been able to get LeoCAD to
compile natively for OSX I'll probably use Qt instead of GTK to support
another OS without any extra work (I created the qtest branch for it if
anyone is interested in seeing how it looks).

As for version control, I never thought about switching since I very
rarely get patches from other people and when you're the only person
developing, Git isn't much better than Subversion (I think in the past 2
months I got more patches than the last 2 years). To be honest I've never
used Git but I'll give it a try and see if I like it since it seems to be
popular nowadays.

think this is a very popular feature but I can look into expanding it to

I've been meaning to add some very basic tutorials to a dialog when you

features. There are other things that aren't obvious as well, like dragging
a piece from the list into the project for example.

Don't have much GTK experience, but I added mouse wheel support (attached).

Thanks for the patch! I've added it with a few small changes to make it

I mean using the mouse. A little known feature is that if you hold the
ALT key and the right, middle or left mouse button you can rotate, pan or
zoom without having to switch the current mode on the toolbar. The problem
