Help needed to translate page about Flow, the new discussion system

<pre>Greetings fellow translators,

The designers at the Wikimedia Foundation have started to work on a
new discussion system (called "Flow") to improve talk pages.

Because talk pages are a very central point of every user's work, they
need your help to translate the project's description page, in order
to allow more people to know what it is about and how it will work.

This will allow more users, who don't necessarily understand English,
to participate in the design process.

The page is a bit long, but even if you translate a few paragraphs,
your help will be appreciated.

The page is at https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Flow

Many thanks for your help. Let me know if you encounter issues, and
I'll be glad to try and answer your questions.

It would be really great to get the Single User Login finalisation

original announcement[1], the specific user notification for users who will
be renamed[2], and the general[3] and directed[4] CentralNotices.

personnly checked that. Many parts have been lost, it looks like that the
initial wiki page was replaced by the automatic translation without
transfering or splitting its content, and an English native speaker mixed a
lot of things, and visibly used an aiutomatic translation engine when
trying to refix it.

I'm finalizing it again just now... again.I've corrected the existant (I
hope this is now correct, but anyway the page will go to the "reviewing

<pre>From my own experience something should be done for the search function
(CTRL+F) that requires retyping the search query after performing any edit,
or sjust moving the cursor that changes the selection.
This is not as easy as the CTRL+F function already existing in the browser
(like Chrome), but that can no longer be used.

The search popup should probably become a pane attached at the top, where
the search string is preserved while editing, and containing the two
buttons for "next match" (short-cut=Enter when the editable search combo
has the focus) and "previous match"

As long as this top tab is opened, any edit will perform an autosearch with
highlighting, or we could press CTRL+F again followe by Enter to go to the
next match. And search highlights should remain visible while mobing into
the text or using the scrollbar. The search pane can optionallybe closed to
save edit space, but tjhe current search string should be preserved in the
current HTTP session, even after using the "Preview" button, but it</pre>

Oggetto: [Wikitech-ambassadors] Temporarily disabling l10n update
Data: Wed, 10 Apr 2013 13:01:12 -0700
Mittente: Rob Lanphier

Hi folks,

We've had at least a couple of site outages which we believe are due
to l10nupdate. The root cause is identified in a fairly old
ResourceLoader bug that seems to be biting us a little harder than it
normally does:
https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=27320

Disabling l10nupdate means that changes from Translatewiki.net will
not propagate to our websites as quickly as they normally do.
Depending on how long it takes us to fix this, it could be multiple
days.

Brad Jorsch is going to take a closer look at this issue
today/tomorrow, and hopefully identify the root cause. If he's able
to find the cause quickly, we may not need to disrupt the service, but
we're going to plan for the worst here.

Thanks (in advance) f</pre>

<pre>Hello.

i am the founder of Der Mundo (www.dermundo.com), a multilingual link sharing and cross language search service.

I thought our approach might be useful to Wikipedia for external links, as a way of automating translation when linking to foreign language links (for the reader). It would be easy enough to implement a multilingual link in Wikipedia using language detection (from request headers) and redirection.

If there's interest in doing so, I would be happy to share information about the machine translation tools in use, and how to link to them in an automated fashion.

Best regards,

Brian McConnell
Der Mundo

PS - feel free to check out Der Mundo, we're looking for testers. It's a handy way to share interesting web pages, blog posts, etc with a global audience.

<pre>Absolutely. Unless you are using Internet Explorer 9 or 10, we found out. Earlier versions are not supported.

If you are using IE, please use another browser for the next few days. It's really broken. Options are among others, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.

We have made good progress fixing issues the prohibit fully functional use today, with currently two major issues left to resolve. I expect these will be resolved and tested working tomorrow.

An updated version will be made available by Thursday, 09:00 UTC. Deployment starts at 08:00 UTC.

If you find any issues, please see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/How_to_report_a_bug

Please report your issues in Product MediaWiki extensions -&gt; Component Translate.

Thanks.

After you translate it, you may also want to link it from the wikis in
that language.

Among the news: the new translation interface was enabled by default
last wednesday.
&lt;https://blog.wikimedia.org/2013/03/25/redesigning-the-translation-experience-an-overview/&gt;
There are some bugs being worked on, but more reports of specific
problems or things you're unhappy with are very welcome, see
&lt;https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Thread:Support/So_called_"new"_interface_completely_unusable/reply_(7)&gt;.
Bugzilla is quickest way to get a response, but translatewiki.net is
also quite safe, see that thread. :)

alliteration there)

I have a small translation request :) We are planning to start accepting
direct debit payments in a select number of countries and we would like to
get the related extension translations in french, german, dutch and spanish.
