Summary: Split window auto-resize disrupted by jdiff plugin

Initial Comment:
Ubuntu 12.04 and 12.10 with Unity (also Windows 7). jEdit 5.0.0 and JDiff 3.3.0. If you split the window into 2 panes vertically (a left and a right pane), then turn on JDiff dual diff, then turn it off, then resize the jEdit window, the 2 panes originally created are still there after the dual diff is off, but they do not 'auto resize'. All the changes to the window width are forced upon&lt;/pre&gt;</description>

Source: Source code is in SVN with the tag RELEASE-1.0.0

    Requires Java 1.5
    Requires jEdit 04.03.15.00

Short Description: It's pretty similar to the jEdit's function "Complete Word" but it's automatic, you don't need to press any key to invoke the list of completions.

For logging errors, it is better to use the jEdit "Log" class rather than
the swing logger API.
We don't use the swing logger class anywhere else in the code.

Summary: jEdit.exe doesn't run with java 7

Initial Comment:
When new version of java (java version "1.7.0_10") was installed on my machine, jEdit.exe started to write that it needs version 1.6.0. Anyway the command javaw -jar "path/to/jedit.jar" works well, so it seems to that some too restrictive check unnecessarily blocks jEdit launcher to start editor with newer Java version.

Feature Request Details:
Single Click To Open Files - ID: 3539480
Ideally I'd expect Java file dialogs to behave the same as the containing desktop environment. That may be impractical to handle automatically given the large variety of DE's and configuration locations. Instead an option within "Mouse" to allow single click to open files would be appreciated.

Summary: Patch for feature request - ID: 3539480

Initial Comment:
Feature Request Details:
Single Click To Open Files - ID: 3539480
Ideally I'd expect Java file dialogs to behave the same as the containing desktop environment. That may be impractical to handle automatically given the large variety of DE's and configuration locations. Instead an option within "Mouse" to allow single click to open files would be appreciated.

Summary: TextAutocomplete 1.0.0

Initial Comment:

Source: Source code is in SVN with the tag RELEASE-1.0.0
Announcement: Fix to make it possible to accept a completion with the TAB key.
    Requires Java 1.5
    Requires jEdit 04.03.15.00

Short Description: It's pretty similar to the jEdit's function "Complete Word" but it's automatic, you don't need to press any key to invoke the list of completions.

Summary: Console: Beanshell error on load

Initial Comment:
Console throws a Beanshell error on load. Appears the system console is very unhappy.
Details to follow.

Message:
Updater fails on Windows for permissions-related reasons. It works fine on
linux as long as I have
write permissions. That is already an open ticket.
You can change the default shell from plugin options - console - general.

Thanks Alan. I guess I assumed the update check would have picked that up
when I restarted before reporting the bug, to make sure it was persistent.

Interestingly, forcing updater to run grabbed a new version but, after
