שלום. בהמשך לחשיפת מחקרנו בערוץ 10 – 

94 אחוז מהעסקים בישראל לא מרוויחים מספיק

 

במהלך 13 השנים האחרונות, לאחר שבחנו מעל 12 אלף עסקים מכל הסוגים בישראל
ובארצות-הברית, גילינו שעסקים רבים בישראל יכולים היו לעמוד על רווחים כספיים
גבוהים בהרבה, אם לא מספר טעויות שנעשות על ידם.

 

בחג האחרון הוקצו מספר מושבים חינם לסדנא מתנה לבעלי העסקים בישראל, בה יפורטו
כל הטעויות שבגללן רוב בתי העסק בישראל לא מרוויחים מספיק.

 

המרצה הוא מחבר רב המכר "האם שווה להיות עצמאי?", יועץ בינלאומי בעל ניסיון
עצום בהגדלת רווחים של עסקים תוך זמן קצר.

 

הסדנא תתקיים ביום שני, 3 לי

Bug 833720 won't affect many users but Bug 757762 "[Linux] alarms too
late / internal time wrong after resuming from sleep / suspend /
hibernation mode" does and is already checked in for 1.9.2 too.

 From looking at the bugs fixed for 2.3, 2.4, and 2.5 I don't see other
1.9.x candidates at the moment. Updating the built-in timezones might be
worth considering but unfortunately this update has l10n impact due to
new added timezones.

I think if there are no more bugs scheduled for 1.9.x then there is no
reason to delay the 1.9.2 release.

there is no unofficial list, at the moment there are just no bugs aside 
from 833720 that need to go into a 1.9.2 release. Do you think we should 
do an 1.9.2 release with this bug only? If you want to suggest any other 
bugs, please do let me know.

what is the time schedule of the Lightning 1.9.2 bugfix release?

Are there open bugs that need help to fix or verify? Maybe there exists 
an unofficial list somewhere because I failed to find them in bugzilla 
whiteboard search.

Here's another workaround that will simulate a snooze or dismiss in the 
mean time:

1) When the reminder pops up, click the "Details..." link under the 
event title.
2) Make a change to the event's title, such as adding a space to the end
3) Change the reminder setting to "No Reminder" to dismiss it, or select 
"Custom" and choose a specific future time to snooze it.
4) Click "Save and Close".

This seems to be a bug at Google's end.

Here's a workaround[1]:
As a workaround you can disable alarms by unchecking "Show Alarms" in 
the calendar properties dialog.

Here's another workaround (that *might* work):
My alarm dialog went away after I set: Tools / Options / Calendar / 
Reminders, and deselected "[ ] Show the reminder dialog". Since I have 
15 CalDAV calendars, that was the simpler solution (only 1 procedure 
instead of 15).

Please add other workarounds (and comments on and corrections to 
workarounds already posted here) to this thread.

Don't take that too broadly, we don't have any more contributors than 
before. Of course its not just me working on the project, so I didn't 
want to write "I".


This also happens with release builds, where we didn't change anything.
The problem seems to be that Google no longer roundtrips X-Props 
correctly, which we rely on for alarms.

I'm not getting this problem with my same calendars on my Android 4.1.2 
phone, and there hasn't been an Android update for my phone in months. 
So this seems to indicate that the problem might be with Lightning.

Don't worry, I have a limit of 5M queries for the provider with v3 API 
and will request more if needed.
