The console for both Borderlands 2 and HARD RESET spit out 
err:d3d:state_pscale >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> GL_INVALID_VALUE (0x501) from
glPointSize(...); < at > state.c / 1591

Also, i have noticed that the HARD RESET slowdowns only occur when there is a
2d UI element being drawn. Perhaps this has to do with a render to texture
shader somehow erroring on compilation?

I most consistently sense the mouse stutter(s) when running sideways (A or D
keys) and pivoting at the same time.

Probably a duplicate of bug 33613 which is already fixed in git wine. Try to
build from sources to see if it helps.

I normally run the client with the debug information suppressed, it's almost
like the mouse input doubles back on itself sometimes. Also, as long as there
is no realtime log watcher causing to compositor to bog down, there is no
framerate penalty for logging to a file on my computer.

There're no individual steps for reproducing this...

I only updated to wine 1.5.30 and SAM was installed before and worked like it
should, but after the update at the second startup it simply freezes on the
startup screen of SAM and shows those errors in console. No errors at SAM
Shutdown in console at the first time indicating anything got wrong on xml
write.

I tested SAM 4.9.2 and 4.9.8 installed in different bottles and get the same
issue.

How you could call it not critical?
It damages a config file and therefore you have to reedit on each restart all
databse, station and other information...

And it doesn't really help an Enduser as me, if you say: Compile it...test it
and find the bug your self...As this is the intetion of regression testing in
this manner i think.

Wouldn't it be easier if the authors of the last commited msxml changes look at
it?
