What may be going on is that you have the path incorrect in your ppccfg file to the ISO. PearPC shows you the error and then drops outs very quickly that you do not get to read the error message. One way to solve this issue is to put a "pause" (No Quotes) as the last line in your .BAT File that runs the PPC.EXE file. This way whether PearPC ends normally or abnormally you get to read any error or warning messages generated in the DOS Window. You will need to press the Enter Key to exit the window but for debugging issues its invaluable.
